Our Founder

Mrs. Petal Bovell-Proffitt is the Founder of Accelerated Court Reporting.  She is an accomplished leader with experience in Operations, Human Resources and Litigation Support.  

Petal is Founder of Petals Event Management Co., and operates under the DISC Bodhi brand for Human Capital Consulting firm focused on aligning on-demand talent in the Operations, Legal and Life Sciences field across various industries.  

Prior to founding DISC Bodhi, Mrs. Bovell-Proffitt held positions at Madison Square Garden, Cablevision, Pfizer, and AIG.
